INSURANCE OPTIONS
STANDARD RATE (minimum level of insurance and already included in the quoted rate). Standard rate leaves you still to pay a Bond/Excess of NZ$7,500 (Debited and refunded if no claims) Insurance options with Standard Rate:
Excess Reduction 1: NZ$29 per day (Max Charge NZ$1,450) reduces bond to NZ$2500 (Debited)
Excess Reduction 2: NZ$45 per day (Max Charge NZ$2,250) reduces bond to Nil. Security Deposit of NZ$220 (Imprint)

BRITZ BONUS PACK - FULL INSURANCE

The BonusPack component of NZ$65 per day (maximum NZ$3,250 per rental) is payable in addition to the daily rental rate. Security Deposit of NZ$220 (Imprint

If Liability Reduction Option 2 is nominated or the package booked is the Britz Bonus Pack the
vehicle security deposit is NZ$220 and is taken as an imprint to the hirer’s credit card when the vehicle is collected.

Overhead and Underbody damage to the vehicle is included ONLY with Option 2 or the Bonus Pack

Please read these about this Exclusion whereby Nil liability cover will be made void:

When a single vehicle roll over occurs - EXCEPT when Additional Protection Coverage at a cost of NZ$89 per rental will be offerred at the Depot at pick up time and covers the cost of damage resulting from a single vehicle roll over. This cover will be offerred at the Depot at pick up time and unlike the other Insurance options available on the booking page (Click on Full Quote" page) which can be selected when reserving the Motorhome.

ONE WAY HIRES
Minimum rental period is 10 days when a vehicle is being collected from the North Island and is being returned to the South Island if the rental commences between the months of October through to March. Minimum rental period is 5 days if going South to North all year round

A one-way rental fee of NZ$300 is charged for rentals between the North and South Islands and vice versa, where pick-up is between 01 October and 31 March.

Location fee may apply as well (see below)

LOCATION FEES
If picking up or dropping of in Queenstown a NZ$210 location fee will apply (if pick up/drop off occurs in same city, one fee applies).
In addition to One Way fees if applicable (as above)

EARLIEST AND LATEST PICK-UP AND DROP-OFF TIMES
All branches: First pick up 8.00am and latest drop-off 5.00pm.
From 1st June – 31st October: Queenstown first pick up 8.00am and latest drop-off 4.30pm

COURTESY TRANSFERS
Complimentary transfers from Auckland and Christchurch Domestic and International Airports to rental branch and back to Airport. Shuttle bus runs every 45 minutes. In Queenstown all vehicles dispatched from Airport Depot.

MINIMUM HIRE PERIOD
The minimum hire period is 5 days with the exception of North to South hires (See above) and the Festive season where a 10 day minimum applies between 23 December and 10 January

DRIVERS LICENSES
All drivers must be at least 21 years old and hold a full and current New Zealand driver's licence, or an International Driving Licence, or a licence from the country of origin with English translation. No senior age limit applies

Baby Capsules: Recommended for children newborn to 6 months (approximately)
Baby Seats: Recommended for children 6 months to 3 years or 8 to 18kg (approximately), must be able to support own head in a sitting position.
Booster Seats: Recommended for children: 4 to 7 years or 14 to 26kg (approximately). A booster seat enables a child to use a standard 3-point seatbelt that fits across the chest. Please note that in some motorhomes, the seatbelts in the main cabin are lap belts (i.e. they only come across the lap).

This vehicle can only accommodate the following child safety seats: baby capsules (maximum 2), baby seats or booster seats can be fitted to front passenger seat. For booster seats, if using a lap belt, a chest harness is also supplied to secure the child. Baby seats and Booster seats are available for hire or client can supply their own seats but they must comply with the strict New Zealand child restraint standards.
